Refund and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Refunds may be approved when:

• An order cannot be fulfilled.
• A customer is charged incorrectly.
• A replacement product is unavailable.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Products that have been used, opened, or consumed may not qualify for a refund.
